More generally, she gave me an excellent sense of how buyers on some future resale would regard various houses, which is vital to assessing true value. She made no attempt whatsoever to sell me on a house that did not appeal to me or to persuade me to change my criteria. She showed impressive savvy in negotiating with the seller’s agents. When problems arose in those negotiations, she handled them well and kept all of her promises to me. The various people she works with — her own staff, her recommended inspectors, the mortgage companies, the closing company, etc. — were responsive and reliable. Throughout, she seemed motivated entirely by professionalism and desire to be responsive to my concern; not a trace of the pushiness or the annoying competitive/macho attitude that friends have experienced with other agents. I could not have asked for more, in either the process or the result.”
